ইউনূসের অন্তর্বর্তীকালীন সরকার কতদিন ক্ষমতায় থাকবে? অধ্যাপক মুহাম্মদ ইউনূস-এর নেতৃত্বে অন্তর্বর্তীকালীন সরকার ক্ষমতা গ্রহণ করার পর যে আলোচনা সামনে আসছে সেটি হচ্ছে, এই সরকারের মেয়াদ কতদিন থাকবে। বাংলাদেশের সংবিধান কিংবা কোন আইনে এই সরকার ও এর মেয়াদ সম্পর্কে কিছুই বলা নেই। যে কারণে সরকারের মেয়াদ নিয়ে চলছে নানা আলোচনা। এমন পরিস্থিতিতে শনিবার নতুন সরকারের আইন উপদেষ্টা অধ্যাপক আসিফ নজরুল সরকারের মেয়াদ নিয়ে কথা বলেন সাংবাদিকদের সাথে। তিনি বলেছেন, “নির্বাচন কমিশনসহ বিভিন্ন ক্ষেত্রে সংস্কার করার জন্য যতদিন থাকার দরকার হবে, অন্তর্বর্তী সরকার ততদিন থাকবে”। গত দুই দিনে নতুন সরকারের আরো দু’জন উপদেষ্টা এনিয়ে কথা বললেও তাদের মেয়াদ নিয়ে স্পষ্ট করে কিছু বলেননি।তবে আইন বিশেষজ্ঞরা বলছেন, গণঅভ্যুত্থানের মাধ্যমে শেখ হাসিনা সরকারের পতনের পর একটি বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে নতুন সরকার গঠিত হয়েছে। এই ধরনের সরকার কাঠামো সংবিধানের কোথাও নেই, যে কারণে তাদের মেয়াদের কথা কোথাও বলা নেই। আইনজীবী ব্যারিস্টার জ্যোতির্ময় বড়ুয়া বিবিসি বাংলাকে বলেন, “যখন ওনাদের মনে হবে একটি সুষ্ঠু নির্বাচনের জন্য পরিবেশ তৈরি হয়েছে তখন ওনারা নির্বাচনের ঘোষণা দিবেন। তার আগে এই সরকারের মেয়াদ নিয়ে কোন ধারণা পাওয়া যাবে না”। নোবেল পুরস্কার বিজয়ী অধ্যাপক ইউনূসের নেতৃত্বে নতুন এই সরকারে কয়েকজন অভিজ্ঞ ব্যক্তি ছাড়াও নতুন অনেক মুখ রয়েছেন। আছে ছাত্র প্রতিনিধিরাও। যে কারণে এই সরকারকে কাজ দেখে মূল্যায়নের কথা বলছেন বিশ্লেষকরা। #solpal #solpalnews
